CosLove is a community outreach organization that was founded in 2014 by a group of military veterans turned cosplayers whom wanted to continue to give back to their community. After its formation, the group has grown to include cosplayers, other cosplay groups & organizations, comics creators and other various genre artists and volunteers. The group is based in the Mid-Atlantic Region providing support mainly in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia but have extended support throughout the United States. Team CosLove supports fellowship and mentorship within the cosplay community and provides volunteer supported entertainment events to schools and hospitals.
